Delivery Time

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Exchange Policy (Strict Exchange Only)

At Atom Basics, we follow a strict exchange-only policy.

❌ No Returns

• We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

• No refunds will be processed after successful delivery.

✅ Exchange Allowed Only If:

• There is a manufacturing defect.

• A wrong product has been delivered.

Exchange Conditions:

• The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• An unboxing video is mandatory.

• Clear images showing the issue must be provided.

• The product must be unused.

• Original tags and packaging must be intact.

Once your request is verified and approved, the exchange will be processed and a replacement will be shipped at the earliest.
